Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via support@jovencoffee.com or (616) 956-6815 for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will instruct you on how to send the items back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift Cards and some Sale Items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
